Who can join Reto?

Reto is open to anyone 18 years and older. You must be located in BGC or Makati to use the service — more cities are coming soon. Each person is allowed one account only.

How do I create an account?

Sign up with your email or Google account. You'll be asked to verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID and a real-time selfie. This keeps the community safe and authentic.

Verification confirms who you are — it does not mean Reto guarantees another user's character. Always use your own judgment when meeting someone new.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Each person is allowed one active profile only. If you already have an existing account, you'll need to delete it before creating a new one.

MATCHING

How does Reto match me with someone?

Our system pairs you with a compatible match based on your preferences, interests, and availability. It's a blind date — part of the experience is the element of surprise.

What does a compatibility score mean?

Your compatibility score is a guide, not a guarantee. It reflects how well your preferences align with your match's. The more accurate your profile, the better your matches will be.

Can I update my preferences?

Yes. You can update your matching preferences, location, and budget anytime from your profile settings.

Why am I not getting matches?

A few common reasons: your preferences may be very specific, your availability windows may be limited, or your profile may still be under verification. Try broadening your preferences or confirming your profile is fully set up.
