RETO strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes harm to minors.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent banning, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2. Age Restriction

RETO is intended strictly for users 18 years old and above.

• Users must confirm their age during registration.

• Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately removed.

• We may request identity verification if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on RETO:

• Any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing exploitative material involving minors

• Solicitation or grooming behavior targeting minors

• Attempting to misrepresent age to interact with minors

• Any form of trafficking, coercion, or exploitation

This applies to all app features including:

• Profile photos

• Chat messages

• User bios

• Shared media

4. Detection and Moderation

RETO actively works to detect and prevent CSAE through:

• Automated monitoring systems

• User reporting tools

• Manual moderation and review

• Account verification checks when necessary

We continuously improve our systems to identify and remove harmful content swiftly.

5. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspicious activity directly within the app.

To report:

• Use the “Report” button on profiles or messages

• Provide details to help us investigate

All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.

6. Enforcement Actions

If a violation is detected, RETO will:

• Immediately remove the offending content

• Suspend or permanently ban the account

• Report the incident to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations when required

We fully cooperate with authorities in investigations involving CSAE.
